    Thought you all would like to know what these things do.

    Rep=+1 Rep and +1 point (Yes you can get negative -25 from staff.)
    Points=Rep + Days being member + Posts--also awarded at contests!
    Thanks Button=+2 Rep, +2 Point, and your post color blue!
